Label generation and refund processing are currently experiencing temporary delays. Analytics dashboards remain temporarily unavailable.

The Shopify Returns and Exchanges portal has been restored and is operational; customers can now process returns and exchanges normally. Analytics dashboards remain temporarily unavailable.

Our investigation is ongoing. We will provide further updates as the investigation progresses. As a result, the Shopify Returns and Exchanges portal is offline, and customers will be temporarily unable to process returns or exchanges.

We’ve temporarily paused the Narvar Return & Exchange app on Shopify while we work with Shopify to review a potential security issue. This is a precautionary step, and we’re moving quickly to restore service. Returns already in progress will not be affected. No action is needed from you at this time.
