The maintenance window includes contingency rollback time. The expected service outage during this window is up to 5 hours.
During the maintenance, parcel tracking status will not be available via the following integrations:
If services remain accessible, tracking data may still be delayed in the following areas:
• E2E – Tracking status updates will be processed after the maintenance window
• IVR – Parcel information will not be available
• Customer Messaging – SMS, push, and email parcel status notifications will not be sent
• Yodel.co.uk SFTP IOD tracking data files – Historic data will remain available; new events will be updated after maintenance
• Yodel by InPost website and app – Historic tracking data will remain available; new events will be updated after maintenance
• Containerisation, PAN, and ECR request files received via Seeburger SFTP will queue during the maintenance and be processed once complete
Locker deliveries and collections, as well as PUDO and store deliveries and collections, will not be impacted by this maintenance.
Service should be restored once the maintenance is complete, and any delayed tracking updates will be processed after the window has ended.
