We would like to inform you that the issue with Return Label Generation failures for return orders utilising the carrier, FedEx has been resolved.The issue occurred approximately between 7:30 am PDT and 5:00 pm PDT on 21st August 2023.
The orders which were affected during this period have been successfully processed by our async mechanism.

We are still observing intermittent Return Label Generation failures for return orders utilizing the carrier, FedEx. Customers initiating return orders through Narvar Returns Portal may receive an error message that their return cannot be completed at this time. The intermittent failures began around 7:29 AM PDT today. Our team is currently monitoring the situation and has reached out to FedEx to resolve the issue.
