We experienced an issue with our Narvar returns and exchanges for Shopify application. The issue lasted between 7:45 am PT to 10:30 am PT.
A subset of the returns initiated during that period may be stuck in the “Requested” status. Learn more about this status here: https://support.narvar.com/hc/en-us/articles/4411740808339-Dashboard-Statuses.
This suppresses returns emails from being sent out and prevents any Netsuite/Celigo/Refund automation from occurring. This issue now stands resolved and our team is working on making retroactive fixes on those returns.
