    We want to inform you that the FedEx outage, which began at 8:47 AM CT, has now been resolved. All FedEx services, including Printerless and Commercial methods, are functioning as expected. Customers who experienced issues while attempting returns through the Narvar Returns Portal via FedEx during the disruption can now retry their returns successfully. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    FedEx has notified us that they are currently experiencing an outage across all their services since 8:47 AM CT. This may impact customers using FedEx Printerless, FedEx Commercial, and other related methods. FedEx is actively investigating the issue and will provide updates once it is resolved. Please note that no other carriers are affected at this time.
    Additionally, customers attempting returns through the Narvar Returns Portal via FedEx during this disruption are advised to retry once the FedEx issue has been resolved.
