    UPS went through a maintenance activity between 9:30 PM EST and ~12:15 AM EST. This activity impacted label generation for the printerless service and during the maintenance, customers were unable to place a return. The maintenance has now been completed and customers should now be able to place a return successfully. Any customers impacted during this time will need to submit a return again.
