We'd like to confirm that the issue with Hermes return label generation has now been resolved. Labels are being generated successfully, and returns are being processed as expected.
Most of the previously failed label generations have already been retried through our asynchronous mechanism, and the corresponding labels have now been issued to customers. Our team will continue to monitor to ensure stability.

We are currently experiencing an issue with Hermes return label generation. An error is being returned, preventing customers from receiving their return labels immediately.
Customers initiating a Hermes return may not see their label generated right away. No action is required at this time, these returns will be retried automatically through our asynchronous mechanism, and customers will receive their labels via email once successful.
Our team has reached out to Hermes for updates on the status of this issue. We are actively monitoring the situation and will continue to provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
