As part of our infrastructure updates, we recently requested the whitelisting of specific IP addresses for ws.narvar.com. To verify this, we’ll conduct a brief "brownout test."
The test will last up to 5 minutes, with potential disruption only for retailers who block non-whitelisted IPs and haven’t updated their lists. To avoid issues, please update your IP allow lists by the test date. The potential disruption may span across all products/services but is not limited to the following:
Order API - Order Submission Ship - EDD on the checkout page, Inventory TrackAPI Returns API Messaging - Setting and retrieving preferencesIf you have completed the whitelisting and still experiencing issues, please contact us here.
